I read a tweet recommended this article “Complete Beginner’s Guide to Information Architecturewritten by Andrew Maier. I like it as sometimes I felt difficult to explain jobs and the required skills, such as information architect, web developer, web designer, user-experience designer, front-end developer, and usability expert. The article clarifies it:

…… an Information Architect fills roles similar– but not identical- to that of the project manager. A professional IA is only necessary if your site deals with large amounts of data, especially in an unusual way.

Also, the self-test of IA is quite handy and the digital web magazine articles are very useful for people who are involved in web-based projects.
